不同脑血管重建术在缺血性脑血管疾病治疗中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of different cerebral revascularizations in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods 68 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who underwent cerebral revascularizations in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group with 34 in each group. STA-MCA bypass grafting and superficial temporal artery sticking were performed in the two groups respectively. The efficacies were compared between them. Results The data showed that there were statistically significant differences in recoveries, and total efficiencies (88% vs 68%) between the two groups,P<0.05;and there was statistically significant difference in neurological severity score between the two groups, too,P<0.01. Conclusion Cerebral revascularizations, especially STA-MCA bypass grafting, which can minimize symptoms, show good effect in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.%目的：探究不同脑血管重建术在缺血性脑血管疾病治疗中的应用效果。方法对该院收治的68例缺血性脑血管疾病患者进行不同脑血管重建手术，不同手术在脑血管疾病中的疗效，将所有患者分为观察组和对照组各34例患者，观察组进行颞浅动脉一大脑中动脉搭桥手术，对照组进行颞浅动脉贴敷手术，通过治疗结果进行疗效对比。结果由治疗数据显示，观察组和治疗组手术后恢复情况有明显差异性，观察组和对照组手术总有效率分别为88%和68%，数据差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。通过数据发现两组手术后神经功能缺损评分有明显差异性，数据差异有统计学意义，P<0.01。结论脑血管重建术在缺血性脑血管疾病治疗中都取得了很好的治疗效果，特别是通过搭桥手术治疗的患者，能够在最大程度上对患者出现的各种症状进行有效的缓解。
