消银颗粒联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹临床分析

摘要

目的：研究消银颗粒联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床价值。方法92例玫瑰糠疹患者(整群选自2012年1月-2015年1月的门诊患者)随机分为治疗组及对照组各46例。对照组给予消银颗粒治疗(一次3.5g,3次/d),治疗组同时给予紫外线光疗仪进行照射治疗。两组均同时给予炉甘石洗剂外用。连续治疗2周后评估两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后第7天及第14天,治疗组患者缓解率分别为43.5%和91.3%,明显高于对照组(10.7%和26.1%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消银颗粒联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效明显优于单纯应用消银颗粒治疗。%Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of xiaoyin granules combined narrow-band ultraviolet radiation in the treat-ment of pityriasisrosea. Methods From January 2012 to January 2015,92 patients with pityriasisrosea (outpatient) were randomized into therapy group and control group. Patients in control group received a bag of xiaoyin Granules with 3.5g in it, three times per day. Patients in therapy group received the same dosage of xiaoyin Granules and also received the therapy of narrow-band ultravi-olet radiation. Patients in both groups were given the External Calamine lotion for treatment and evaluated clinically after 2 weeks therapy. Results 43.5% and 91.3% of the patients belonging to the therapy group showed complete resolution on the 7th day and 14th day respectively compared to 10.7% and 26.1% of patients from the control group. The findings were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The study showed that xiaoyin granules combined narrow-band ultraviolet radiation is more effective than the simple application of drug in the treatment of pityriasisrosea.
