宫颈癌组织中RCAS1的表达及其临床意义

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression of RCAS1 protein and study the relationship between expression of the RCAS1 and the pathological characteristics in cervical cancer. Methods Cervical cancer tissue and benign tissue samples are selected from people in my hospital for surgery from January 2008 to March 2011, and immunohistochemistry SP used to detect the expression of RCAS1 protein. Results The positive rate of RCAS1 protein (86.15%) in cervical cancer was significantly higher than in normal cervical tissues (19.35%) (χ²=40.946,P=0.000<0.05). The expression of RCAS1 had no relationship with the types of tissues (χ²=0.700, P=0.403>0.05) and clinical stage (χ²=1.319,P=0.251>0.05). The expression of RCAS1 in low differentiation was significantly higher than high differentiation (χ²=10.877,P=0.001<0.05) and in moderate differentiation (字2=10.819,P=0.001<0.05). The expression of RCAS1 with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis (χ²=8.715,P=0.003<0.05). Conclusion RCAS1 was important in the occurrence and development in cervical cancer. The expression of RCAS1was correlated with carcinoma malignancy and invasiveness in cervical cancer.%目的：研究RCAS1在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与宫颈癌的临床病理特征之间的关系。方法选取2008年1月-2011年3月在该院行手术治疗的宫颈癌组织标本和宫颈良性病变组织标本,应用免疫组化法检测RCAS1蛋白的表达表达量,并研究RCAS1蛋白和宫颈癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果宫颈癌组织中RCAS1阳性表达率(86.15%)显著高于良性宫颈组(19.35%)差异有统计学意义(字2=40.946,P=0.000<0.05)。 RCAS1的表达与组织类型无关,差异无统计学意义(字2=0.700,P=0.403跃0.05),与临床分期无关,差异无统计学意义(字2=1.319,P=0.251跃0.05)。低分化癌组织中RCAS1的表达显著高于高分化癌,差异有统计学意义(字2=10.877,P=0.001<0.05)和中分化癌差异有统计学意义(字2=10.819,P=0.001<0.05)。伴有淋巴结转移者RCAS1的表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移者,差异有统计学意义(字2=8.715,P=0.003<0.05)。结论RCAS1在宫颈癌的发生发展中具有重要意义,RCAS1的表达水平和宫颈癌组织的恶性程度和侵袭力相关。
