Objective To explore the application effect of emergency nursing on patients with severe traumatic shock. Methods 114 cases with severe traumatic shock admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group. The control group were given the general nursing, while the observation group were given emergency nursing including personal nursing, respiratory nursing, psychological nursing and drug treatment. And the level of recognition of the patients' family, status of emergency, incidence of complications and the prognosis of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group, the families of 53 cases were satisfied with nursing, those of 3 cases thought nursing was just so-so, and the families of 1 case were not satisfied with nursing, the level of recognition of the patients' family in the observation group was much better than that in the control group, P<0.05. In the obser-vation group, 41 cases had good emergency treatment, 37 cases were cured, 46 cases had no complications, the observation group were much better than the control group in these aspects, P<0.05. In the observation group, 46 cases had good recovery, 6 cases had medium disability, 4 cases had severe disability, 1 case died, the status of prognosis of the observation group was much better than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Emergency nursing intervention has better treatment and prognosis effect than general nursing for patients with severe traumatic shock.%目的：探究急诊护理对严重创伤性休克患者应用的效果。方法整群选取2013年3月—2014年8月该院接收的114例严重创伤性休克患者作为研究对象，利用随机数法分为两组，对对照组实施一般护理，对观察组实施包括个人护理、呼吸道护理、心理护理、药物治疗在内的急诊护理，对两组家属认可程度、急救情况、并发症发生情况及患者预后情况进行比较分析。结果观察组满意53例，一般3例，不满意1例，家属认可情况明显优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义；急救良好者41例，治愈患者数37例，无并发症患者数46例，综合各指标均优于对照组,P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义；恢复良好者46例，中残者6例，重残者4例，死亡者1例，患者预后情况优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论急诊护理干预对严重创伤性休克患者的治疗及预后效果优于一般护理。
