中药外敷穴位联合推拿疗法治疗婴幼儿腹泻的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of external application of external acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with massage in treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods Selected Diarrhea children in our hospital from June 2012 to September 2014 for sampling, 76 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group taken implementation of conventional treatment of Western medicine, the experimental group underwent the external application of Chinese medicine acupoint combined with massage therapy, compared clinical curative effect of two groups.Results The total effective rate in experimental group (94.74% vs 78.95) was significantly better than control group, and the 1, 2, 3 period of treatment when the stool scorewere lower than control group(<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of external application of Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with massage therapy in treatment of infantile diarrhea is exact, clinical attention should be paid.%目的：探究中药外敷穴位联合推拿疗法治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法择取该院2012年6月—2014年9月收治的腹泻患儿进行抽样，选取76例患儿随机分成两组，对照组实施西医常规治疗，实验组推行中药外敷穴位联合推拿疗法，对比两组临床疗效。结果实验组总有效率(94.74％ vs 78.95)明显优于对照组，且第1、2、3个疗程时大便性状评分均低于对照组(<0.05)。结论中药外敷穴位联合推拿疗法治疗婴幼儿腹泻临床疗效确切，临床上应引起足够重视。
