目的：研究分析超声在胃肠道穿孔诊断和定位诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析该院收治的30例经手术病理证实的消化道穿孔患者的病历资料，并进行超声诊断和X线平片进行诊断，观察分析胃肠道穿孔患者诊断中引起急腹症的胆囊、胰腺、胃、肠道等有无病变及肠间有无积液及腹腔有无游离气体等。结果超声发现膈下游离气体者26例（86.7%），胃肠道穿孔患者经过X线平片诊断出20例（66.7%），超声诊断检出率高于X线片平面检出率，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论胃肠道穿孔患者进行超声检查，诊断价值相对较高，还能实现定位诊断，是常规检查有效的手段之一，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To study the diagnosis and analysis of ultrasonic perforation diagnostic value in gastrointestinal tract. Methods A retrospective analysis of 15 cases admitted in our hospital were confirmed by surgery and pathology of gastrointestinal perforation were retrospectively reviewed, and diagnosed by ultrasound and X-ray diagnosis, observation and analysis of gastroin-testinal perforation caused by acute abdomen in the diagnosis of patients with gallbladder, pancreas, stomach, intestines etc. there is no lesions and between intestinal hydrops and abdominal no free gas etc. Results The ultrasonic findings of 13 cases of sub-phrenic free gas' (86.7%), patients after X-ray diagnosis of 10 cases of gastrointestinal perforation(66.7%), ultrasonic diagnostic detection rate is higher than that of X-ray plane detection rate, the diffovence was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Pa-tients underwent ultrasonography diagnosis of perforation of gastrointestinal tract, a relatively high value, but also realize the localization diagnosis, is one of the routine examination method of effective, worthy of clinical application.
