疤痕子宫二次妊娠孕妇终止妊娠的时机和方式选择

摘要

目的：探析疤痕子宫二次妊娠孕妇终止妊娠的时机及方式的选择。方法整群选取该院2014年1月-2015年12月收治的98例疤痕子宫二次妊娠孕妇,根据生产方式将其分为观察组和对照组,各为49例,观察组选择阴道分娩,对照组选择再次剖宫产分娩,比较两组出血量、住院时间、费用及新生儿阿氏评分等。结果观察组顺利分娩分娩者40例,占81.63%。观察组出血量(192±60)mL、住院时间(3.2±0.5)d,住院费用(1500±500)元与对照组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对于疤痕子宫二次妊娠孕妇,产前通过仔细评估自然分娩的可能性,并密切观察母婴状态,在具备抢救、输血等条件下,可行自然分娩。%Objective Analysis of secondary uterine scar pregnant women to choose the timing and manner of termination of pregnancy.Methods Group selection our hospital in January 2014 to December 2015 were treated 98 cases of uterine scar secondary pregnant women, according to the mode of production will be divided into two groups and the control group, 49 patients in observation group choose vaginal delivery, the control group selection again cesarean delivery were compared blood loss, hospital stay, cost and neonatal Apgar score and so on.
