老年重症哮喘呼吸内科治疗临床观察

摘要

目的：探究老年重症哮喘呼吸内科治疗具体措施。方法方便选取2014年12月—2015年12月期间在该院接受治疗的120例老年重症哮喘患者随着分成对照组、观察组，两组各60例患者。其中对照组采用常规治疗策略，观察组采用多方面综合治疗，对两组患者治疗效果进行分析比较。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为75%，观察组患者治疗总有效率为97%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。另外，观察组患者气体峰流速以及动脉血气明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论呼吸内科采用综合治疗方法治疗老年重症哮喘呼吸疾病，安全可靠，不良反应少，疗效显著值得临床进一步推广。%Objective To explore the elderly severe asthma respiratory medicine treatment measures. Methods Convenient selection between December 2014 and December 2015 treated in our hospital during the period of 120 elderly cases with severe asthma were divided into control group and observation group, two groups of 60 cases each. The control group using conventional treatment strategy, observation group using various comprehensive treatment, the effect carries on the analysis comparison of two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of control group patients was 75%, total effective rate of observation group patients was 97%, the difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05). In addition, the observation group of patients with gas peak velocity and arterial blood gas was better than control group, the difference is statistically signifi-cant. Conclusion Respiratory medicine comprehensive treatment method of senile severe asthma respiratory disease, safe and reliable, less adverse reaction, curative effect is worth further clinical significantly.
