Objective In order to explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment for high risk superficial bladder cancer. Methods According to the hospital in January 2010 to January 2016 were 94 cases of high Weiqian table of bladder can-cer patients clinical data, all patients were randomly divided into control group (arterial therapy) and treatment group (surgery), n=47 people, compared two kinds of ways to treat cancer disease cure and recurrence. Results Treatment of pa-tients in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 80.85%, treatment of patients in the control group the total efficien-cy (57.45%), and recurrence in patients in the treatment group rate was 55.56% and recurrence in patients in the control group rate was 28.57%, the treatment group was better than that of the control group, P﹤ 0.05. Conclusion The surgical treatment of high-risk shallow table of bladder cancer by 2 m laser surgery, it not only has low risk of operation, short oper-ation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative healing fast, less pain and other characteristics, but also to effectively re-duce the postoperative recurrence of cancer probability, to improve the survival rate and quality of life, should focus on the promotion in clinic.%目的：为了探究外科手术治疗高危浅表性膀胱癌的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2010年1月—2016年1月所收治的94例高危浅表性膀胱癌患者的临床治疗资料，随机将全部患者分为对照组（动脉化疗法)和治疗组（外科手术)，每组47例，对比两种治疗方式下患者癌病的治愈情况和复发情况。结果治疗组中患者的治疗总有效率为80.85%，对照组中患者的治疗总有效率为57.45%；并且治疗组中患者的复发率为55.56%，对照组中患者的复发率为28.57%，治疗组优于对照组，P﹤0.05。结论该次外科手术治疗高危浅表性膀胱癌主要采用钬激光手术，其不仅具有手术风险小、手术时间短、术中出血量低、术后愈合快、患者痛苦少等特点，还能够有效降低患者术后癌症复发概率，提高患者的生存率和生活质量，应于临床做重点推广。
