探究授权教育在改善冠心病病人自我管理效能的护理价值

         

摘要

Objective To study the nursing value of empowerment education in improving self-management efficiency of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 88 cases of patients with coronary heart disease treated with stent implanta-tion admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each, both groups received conventional nursing intervention, the control group adopted traditional education on this basis, the observation group adopted empowerment education on this basis, and the changes of self-man-agement efficiency before and after intervention of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results The CSMS score in the observation group after education was obviously improved compared with that before education, [(93.2 ±2.4) marks vs (81.6 ±1.4) marks], (t=6.47, P=0.002<0.01), the CSMS score in the control group after education was obviously improved compared with that before education, [ (86.2±2.9) marks vs (81.6±1.4) marks], (t=4.28, P=0.009<0.01), the CSMS score in the observation group after education was obviously better than that in the control group, [(93.2±2.4) marks vs (86.2±2.9) marks], (t=3.94, P=0.012<0.05). Conclusion The empowerment education for patients with coronary heart disease treated with stent implantation on the basis of conventional nursing intervention can play an important role in improving the self-management efficiency of patients, which can improve the self-management level of patients, and it is worth clinical promo-tion and application.%目的:探究授权教育在改善冠心病病人自我管理效能的护理价值。方法整群选取该院2014年2月—2015年8月收治的冠心病行支架植入术治疗的患者88例依据随机平均原则划分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均接受常规护理干预,对照组44例患者在此基础上采取传统教育,观察组44例患者采取授权教育。对两组患者干预前后自我管理效能情况的变化进行记录与比较。结果观察组教育后CSMS评分(93.2±2.4)分较教育前(81.7±1.9)分显著提升, t=6.47,P=0.002<0.01;对照组教育后CSMS评分(86.2±2.9)分较教育前(81.6±1.4)分显著提升,t=4.28,P=0.009<0.01;观察组教育后CSMS评分(93.2±2.4)分显著优于对照组(86.2±2.9)分,t=3.94,P=0.012<0.05。结论对行支架植入术治疗的冠心病患者在常规护理干预的基础上实行授权教育,对于改善患者的自我管理效能有重要作用,可提升患者的自我管理水平,值得临床推广与应用。
