复方中草药饲料添加剂发酵工艺优化

摘要

To study the optimal fermentation technology of compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additives (such as rhizoma atractylodis,atractylodes,cortex phellodendri,radix isatidis,radix glycyrrhizae,hawthorn,etc.),single factor and orthogonal test was used.Anthracene ketone-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the crude polysaccharide content before and after fermentation.The results showed that the water content of 40%,the inoculum contentration of 4%,and the fermentation time of 3 d was the optimal fermentation condition.%采用单因素试验和正交试验优化复方中草药饲料添加剂（由苍术、白术、黄柏、板蓝根、甘草、山楂等组成）的发酵工艺。复方中草药发酵过程中控制含水量、接种量、发酵时间等因素，并采用蒽酮-硫酸法，测定其发酵前后粗多糖含量。结果表明：最佳发酵工艺为含水量40%，接种量4%，发酵时间3 d。
