不同饲喂水平对育成期杜寒杂交母羊营养物质消化代谢的影响

         

摘要

The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of feeding restriction on digestibility and metabolism of nutrients in Duhan crossbred ewes.Fifteen Duhan crossbred ewes were divided into three treatment groups according to dry matter intake levels (DMI g/d,IR900,IR1300 and IR1700),with 5 replicates in each treatment.The experimental period was 14 days.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between feed intake and fecal emissions in crossbred ewes (P < 0.01).There was no correlation between urination amount,intake and excrement(P>0.05);With the decrease of feed level,dry matter(DM)and apparent digestibility of nitrogen increased significantly (P < 0.01).Acid washing fiber (ADF),digestible nitrogen,deposition nitrogen and the biological potency of nitrogen increased significantly with the increase of feed level,which showed that the biological potency of IR1700 group was significantly higher than that of IR1300 group and IR900 group (P < 0.01).The difference effects of feeding restriction on urine nitrogen and neutral washing fiber (NDF) and organic matter (OM) was not significant.The aim of the experiment was to determine the nutrients'digestibility and metabolism parameters of Duhan crossbred ewes and to provide basic datum for scientific breeding and optimize feeding standards of meat sheep.%为研究限饲对杜寒杂交母羊营养物质消化代谢的影响,试验将15只杜寒杂交母羊按干物质采食水平(DMI)分为3个处理组(IR900、IR1300和IR1700 g/d ),每个处理5个重复,试验期14 d.结果表明:杂交母羊采食量和粪便排放量有极显著正相关关系(P<0.01),排尿量和采食量、排粪量之间无相关关系(P>0.05);随饲喂水平的降低,干物质(DM)和氮的表观消化率极显著升高(P<0.01).酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、消化氮、沉积氮和氮的生物学效价随饲喂水平的升高显著升高,均表现为IR1700组极显著高于IR1300组和IR900组(P<0.01).限饲对尿氮、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和有机物(OM)影响差异不显著.
