财务管理对饲料企业快速发展影响的研究

Financial management is an economic management work for enterprises to organize financial activities and deal with financial relations. Good capital management and cost management are the important guarantee for the profit of the enterprise. Therefore,financial management plays an important role in enterprise management and is an important factor affecting the survival and development of enterprises. This article took the feed enterprise as the research object,analyzed the important embodiment of the financial management in the development process of the feed enterprise,and put forward the improvement measures according to the existing problems,in order to realize the rapid development of the feed enterprise.%财务管理是企业组织财务活动和处理财务关系的一项经济管理工作,良好的资金管理和成本管理是企业赢利的重要保障.所以,财务管理在企业管理中占据重要地位,是影响企业生存和发展的重要因素.本文以饲料企业为研究对象,分析了财务管理在饲料企业发展过程中的重要体现,并根据其存在的问题提出改进措施,以实现饲料企业的快速发展.
