宁夏焦化企业清洁生产分析探讨

摘要

Up to the end of the year 2012, coke production capacity in Ningxia reached at 9.72 mil ion t/a and has become one of key industry chains of coal and chemical industry in Ningxia, but the coking industry pol ution is severe and causes great harm to the local environment. Based on the investigation and research of cleaner production in Ningxia coke-oven industry, focusing on the comprehensive analysis such as production, technology, equipment, emission of air pol utants, waste recov-ery and utilization etc in coke-oven enterprise, the paper puts forward the relevant suggestions so as to enhance the cleaner production level of coke-oven industry.%截至2012年底，宁夏焦炭产能达到972万t/a，已成为宁夏煤化工重要产业链之一，然而炼焦行业污染非常严重，对当地环境构成了很大威胁。通过对宁夏焦化行业的清洁生产相关内容进行调研，重点对焦化企业的生产工艺与装备、大气污染物排放及废物回收利用等方面进行了综合分析，提出了相应的建议，以提高焦化企业清洁生产水平。
