新型微小型多功能重金属废液处理装置的应用

摘要

The new microminiature & multifunctional treatment devices for waste liquids of heavy metal could aim at waste liquids of heavy metal generated from COD online monitoring device in treatment plants of chemical industries and domestic sewage, the containing heavy metals, such as Cr (Ⅵ), Cr (Ⅲ), Hg, Ag, etc., and one or many kinds of industrial wastewater problems in the heavy sulphuric acid. The paper adopts technologies such as reduction-precipitation-ifltering-solid residue col-lection and ifltering neutralization, so as to achieve the effective effects in treatment of various heavy metals and to achieve the supernatant liquids to comply with the discharge standard.%新型微小型多功能重金属废液处理装置可针对目前化工行业、生活污水处理厂COD在线监测设备产生重金属废液及特定含Cr（Ⅵ）、Cr（Ⅲ）、Hg、Ag等重金属及浓硫酸中的一种或多种工业废水处理问题，采用还原-沉淀-过滤-收集固态滤渣、滤液中和等工艺，达到有效的处理各种重金属的效果，上清液达标排放。
