矿区铁路车站远程控制安全联控研究

         

摘要

永煤集团铁路运处从2012年开始着手实施车站远程控制,将矿区单一车站控制改建成区域集配或集中控制的行车组织模式,经过几年的摸索总结,整理出一系列车站远程控制的安全联控措施.对光传输设备进行调研,匹配合适的光纤直放站,有效解决了受控车站通信弱场、盲区、无线通信中断的问题,保障了现场作业人员与远程车站通信联络的顺畅性;从现场维检修作业与远程车站联控安全着手研究,采用编制维检修计划、维检修信息登记把关、维检修作业联络三方面环节进行联控把关,保障了维检修作业的安全、高效;通过在受控站场部署远程电子眼及建立调度无线传输系统,提升了远程车站对现场作业动态的整体把控和调度计划、命令信息传输的快捷、高效、准确性.永煤集团铁路运处实施远程控制以来,通过这一系列的安全联控措施,既保证了矿区铁路的安全、高效运行,又在创新管理、减人提效方面进行了行之有效的探索.%Yongmei group rail service from 2012 to implement remote control,single station in the mining area control into regional supply or centralized control of train operation organization mode,after several years of trying to summarize,to organize a series of remote control safety control measures.Firstly,light transmission equipment for research,to match right of fiber straight put station,effective of solution has by control station communications weak field,and blind,and wireless communications interrupted of problem,to guarantee site job personnel and remote station communications contact of smooth sex;secondly,from site dimension maintenance job and remote station joint control security to research,used prepared dimension maintenance plans,and dimension maintenance information registration checks,and dimension maintenance job contact three aspects link for joint control checks,to guarantee dimension maintenance job of security,and efficient;last through in by control station field deployment remote "Electronic eye" and dispatching wireless transmission system,to enhance remote station on the site was a dynamic overall control and scheduling,to command information transmitted by fast,efficient and accurate.Yongmei Group since rail service remote control,through a series of security measures,both to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the railway in mining area and in terms of innovation management and the reduction of efficiency and effective exploration.
