碾压混凝土坝温度场仿真及冷却水管敏感性分析

         

摘要

针对碾压混凝土坝温度控制问题,利用不稳定温度场理论和冷却水管导热散热理论及相应有限元程序对碾压混凝土坝进行了全过程温度仿真分析.主要分析了碾压混凝土坝在浇筑的各个时期及浇筑完成后蓄水过程中坝体温度变化情况,进而为坝体温控施工提供指导意见;计算表明,坝体浇筑中最高温度达32℃,浇筑完成时最高29℃,蓄水至正常水位后为28℃.同时针对冷却水管通水冷却降温问题,先后分析了通水流量、通水温度和水管埋设间距对于坝体温度变化的敏感性分析,结果表明:通水流量变化对降低坝体温度影响较小,通水初温在浇筑前期影响不大,当水化热达到极大值之后影响明显,冷却水管的排布直接影响到碾压混凝土坝通水冷却的效果.%In allusion to temperature field of the RCC dam was simulated and analyzed based on unstable temperature field theory and cooling water pipe heat dissipation theory with finite element method program.The temperature field in different typical pouring period was obtained.The results showed that the maximum temperature was 32,29,28 ℃ during the pouring period,finishing time and storage period.Aiming at the effect of cooling water pipe to the temperature field of the dam,the water flow,water temperature and separation distance of the pipe were considered.The results showed that the water flow had a slight effect on the temperature field of the dam while the water temperature and separation distance effect the temperature field of the dam tremendously:especially after the heat of hydration increases to the maximum.
