基于UDEC的坚硬顶板工作面矿压显现规律研究

     

摘要

For the hard roof working face in the production process will produce a series of technical,security and economic issues.The UDEC numerical simulation software and field measurement were used to analyze the mining pressure of hard roof face.When the thickness of the hard roof was 3 m,the initial collapse step,the cycle collapse step and the maximum concentrated stress were studied.The results show that when the thickness of the hard top is 3 m,the initial collapse of the working face the distance between the step and the cycle is 30~35 m and 6~10 m respectively.When the roof falls the stress concentration reaches the maximum(45 MPa),the numerical simulation is in good agreement with the measured.The research provides the theoretical basis for safe mining of working face and plays the role of early warning.%针对坚硬顶板工作面在生产过程会产生一系列的技术、安全以及经济等问题,采用UDEC数值模拟软件和现场实测相结合的方法,对坚硬顶板工作面矿山压力显现规律进行研究分析,研究了当坚硬顶板厚度为3 m时,工作面的初次垮落步距、周期垮落步距、最大集中应力等矿压参数.研究得出:当直接顶坚硬顶板厚度为3 m时,其工作面的初次垮落步距和周期垮落步距分别为30~35 m和6~10 m;在顶板垮落时前方应力集中达到最大值(45 MPa),其中数值模拟与现场实测结果基本相吻合.研究为工作面安全开采提供理论依据,并起到提前预警的作用.
