掘进工作面卸压爆破效果影响因素研究

     

摘要

针对陶一矿七采区南翼回风巷瓦斯含量高、突出危险性大的现状,通过分析卸压爆破、煤层注水等卸压方式存在的不足,提出采用钻孔卸压技术.在南翼回风巷掘进工作地点先施工小直径钻孔并采集观测孔的压力数值,观察是否有应力增高现象;然后在下一个循环合理调整间排距后施工大直径钻孔,同样采集观测孔的压力数值,观察是否有应力增高现象产生.在现场工业试验的前提下,应用FLAC数值模拟软件,模拟了相同埋深下不同直径钻孔和相同埋深相同钻孔直径不同钻孔间距对卸压效果的影响,并与实际的工业试验测试结果进行验证.结果表明:现场工业试验与数值模拟结果数据相吻合,可知在优化钻孔孔径和调整间排距后在掘进巷道能起到一定的卸压效果,缓解七采区南翼回风巷突出危险性大的现象.%Aimed at the status of high gas content and large outburst risk of return airway in No.7 mining area of Taoyi Coal Mine,based on analysing the shortcomings of pressure-relief blasting and coal seam water injection,and other pressure relief technologies,pressure relief technologies by using boreholes was proposed in the paper.First,constructing small diameter drilling and collecting the pressure data by using observation holes,to observe whether have the phenomenon of stress concentration;then,in the next cycle,after adjusting the distance between the rows,constructing large diameter boreholes,also collected pressure of observation holes,to observe whether have the phenomenon of stress concentration.In the premise of industrial field experiment,by using numerical simulation software FLAC,the influences of different borehole diameter with same depth,and influences of different drillhole spacing with same depth on the pressure relief effect were simulated,the obtained results were compared with results of actual test.It was shown that,the industrial experiment was coincident with numerical simulation results,and it can realized the expected effect with the optimization of borehole diameter and the adjustment of the hole spacing,and can solve the problems of high outburst danger in return airway in southern wing of No.7 mining area.
