基于大采高仰采面的煤壁片帮数值模拟研究

         

摘要

片帮往往引起冒顶,而冒顶的扩大引起片帮的加深,甚至使顶板破碎,引起支护方式的失效,造成机电事故、支架失稳等现象,严重影响了矿井的安全生产.为了研究大采高工作面煤壁片帮因素,采用UDEC数值模拟软件,分析了不同采高下和不同工作面深度下煤壁最大片帮深度与采高关系以及工作面埋深的关系曲线.研究得出:随着工作面采高的增大,煤壁最大片帮深度也逐渐增大;当采高小于4m时,最大片帮深度增长幅度较缓,当采高大于4m时,最大片帮深度增长较快,说明影响煤壁片帮剧烈程度的分界线为4m;随着工作面埋深的增大,煤壁最大片帮深度也逐渐增加.该研究为预防大采高煤壁片帮提供一定的理论指导.%Roof caving is often caused by rib spalling,and the expansion of the roof caving can aggravate rib spalling,and even make the roof broken,cause failure of the supporting mode,resulting in mechanical and electrical accidents,stent instability and other phenomena seriously affected the safety of the mine production.By using the UDEC numerical simulation software,the relationships between the maximum depth of the coal wall and the mining height and the depth of the working face under different mining height and different working face depth were analyzed.With the increase of the height of the working face,the maximum depth of the rib spalling is also in-creasing.When the mining height is less than 4 m,the maximum depth of the rib spalling increases slowly,and when the mining height is higher than 4 m,the maximum depth of the rib spalling increases rapidly,indicating that the dividing line of the drastic degree of the coal wall section of the coal wall is 4 m.With the gradual increase in the depth of the face,the maximum depth of the rib spalling in-creases.The research results can provide some theoretical guidance for preventing rib spalling of coal wall with large mining height.
