光纤缠绕缺陷监测系统的设计及实现

         

摘要

光纤生产过程中,要求光纤致密、多层地缠绕于绕纤轮上,因此需要对光纤环绕制表面的绕制情况进行实时检测.介绍了光纤绕制过程监控系统的性能要求和总体设计方案,从硬件和软件2方面分析了选取方法和相应的测试流程.经过这些前期处理,输出图像的质量得到相当程度的改善,同时也提高了图像的视觉效果,方便了计算机对图像进行进一步分析、处理和识别.%In the process of optical fiber production,the fiber is required to be dense and multilayer winding on the winding wheel,so it is necessary to detect the winding situation of the fiber wrapped surface in real time.The performance requirements and overall design scheme of optical fiber winding process monitoring system were introduced.The selection method and the corresponding test flow were analyzed from two aspects of hardware and software.After these pre-processing,the quality of the output image has been improved to a considerable extent,and the visual effect of the image is also improved.It is convenient for the computer to do further analysis,processing and recognition of the image.
