发泡杜仲胶/高密度聚乙烯形状记忆材料的制备与性能

     

摘要

In this paper,foamed Eucommia Ulmoides gum(EUG)/HDPE shape memory compos-ites were fabricated via physical blending method,the effects of blend ratio on curing properties,physi-cal and mechanical properties,foaming degree,crystalline and melting behavior and shape memory properties were studied.Results showed that crosslinking degree,tensile strength and elongation at break all decreased,however,100% modulus,300% modulus and hardness increased with an increase in HDPE content;moreover,foaming degree increased due to the addition of HDPE,In addition,physi-cal and mechanical properties of foamed EUG/HDPE shape memory materials were related to crosslinking network,crystalline region and foaming structure in the composites.Melting temperature and crystalline degree of EUG decreased obviously as HDPE content increased,and yet crystalline de-gree of HDPE increased.For shape memory properties,the thermal responsible temperature(Tr)in-creased,however,the shape recovery rate(Vr)decreased with an increase in HDPE content,and the shape recovery ratio(Rf)showed less variation from one to the other as HDPE content changed.%通过物理共混的方式制备了发泡杜仲胶(EUG)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)形状记忆材料,探讨了共混比对其硫化特性、物理机械性能、发泡程度、结晶熔融行为和形状记忆性能的影响.结果表明,随着HDPE用量的增加,EUG/HDPE形状记忆材料的交联程度降低,100% 定伸应力、300% 定伸应力增大,但拉伸强度及扯断伸长率降低,物理机械性能与材料的交联结构、晶区、泡孔等微观结构密切相关;HDPE的加入使材料的发泡程度增大,EUG相的熔融温度及相对结晶度随着 HDPE用量的增加而降低,HDPE的相对结晶度增大而熔融温度基本无变化;随着 HDPE用量的增加,材料的热刺激响应温度 Tr升高,形变回复速率V r减小,热致形变回复率 Rf无明显变化.
