基于当前法学专业本科实践教学中存在的教学意识淡薄、形式单一和教学质量无法保障等问题,本文着力探讨了实践教学改革新路径,从完善法学专业实践教学的运行机制、激励机制和考核机制三个层面入手,努力实现培养理论精、能力强、素质高的创新型、实践型法律人才的目标。%Based on the current situation in which teaching form lacks variation and teaching quality cannot be guaranteed in the law undergraduate practice teaching, this paper discussed the reform of practice teaching for the purpose of improving the teaching performance, bettering the incentive and evaluation mechanisms and realizing the goal of training practical legal personnel with enough theory, high quality and innovative abilities.
