基于Web Services的区域卫生信息平台的研究与实现

摘要

There are many heterogeneous information systems in medical institutions at all levels within the region, which cause the system is not smooth exchange of information between systems and produce large amounts of information islands. We can not make full use of limited medical resources.This paper proposed the establishment of the regional health information platform based on Web Services,and analyzed the overall structure of the platform and information exchange process.Through the successful implementation of the platform, so that the information system of the health care institutions within the region implemented seamless integration on the platform, and eliminated the information island, so that these systems can work together to furtherly enhance the efficiency of the regional health informatization.%区域内各级医疗机构存在许多异构的信息系统,这就造成系统信息交流不顺畅,系统之间产生大量的“信息孤岛”,无法充分利用有限的医疗资源.提出建立基于Web Services的区域卫生信息平台,分析了平台的总体架构和信息交换的过程.通过该平台的成功实施,使区域内各医疗卫生机构的信息系统在该平台上实现无缝集成,从而消除了“信息孤岛”,使这些系统能够协同工作,更进一步提高区域卫生信息化建设的效率.
