中医临床信息标准体系框架与体系表的构建方法及研究路径

摘要

本研究基于目的性原则、系统性原则、科学性原则和实用性原则,创造性地提出了中医临床信息标准体系框架与体系表的构建方法:“自上而下”管理驱动的方法建立信息标准体系框架；“自下而上”业务驱动的方法建立中医临床信息概念模型；基于HL7 CDA HD信息模型对中医临床信息特征数据元素进行表示;基于中医临床特征信息元素的值域分析中医临床信息标准的需求,从而构建中医临床信息标准体系表.同时,描绘了中医临床信息标准体系框架与体系表的研究路径,可供其他健康信息领域编制信息标准体系框架与体系表时参考.%Research Methodologies of framework and Classification diagram for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) informaticsrnstandard system development were proposed based on the objective principle, systematic principle, scientific principle and practicalrnprinciple. The methodologies include: Framework for TCM informatics standard system development should be constructed based onrntop to bottom-administration driven method; TCM information conceptual model should be constructed on bottom to top—businessrndriven method; Mapping with HL7 CDA HD; Standards Needs for TCM clinical practice should be analyzed according to the valuernset of data elements with TCM characteristics, thereby, the Classification diagram for TCM informatics standard system would bernworked out. In addition, the research roadrnap was traced out in order to provide a reference to the other health informatics standardsrndevelopment.
