基于多层次可变指标模糊综合评判的临床路径动态选路研究

     

摘要

To make up for the lack of clinical path's flexibility, the use of fuzzy math's AHP proposed a dynamic routing algorithm of clinical pathway, reduced reliance on experience and level of medical staff in the clinical application, and made good achievement. With powerful information processing ability of computer, built a variably indicators system, it made possible to apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to indicators diversified environment, solved the problem of diversification of clinical disease indicators.%为弥补临床路径在灵活性方面的不足,运用模糊数学的层次综合评判模型提出一种临床路径的动态选路算法,使临床路径对医疗人员经验与水平的依赖进一步降低,取得了较高的应用价值.借助计算机强大的信息处理能力创造性的提出了可变指标体系,为模糊综合评判运用到指标多样化环境创造了条件,较好地解决了临床病种指标的多样化问题.
