区域卫生平台区县级卫生信息化发展模式探讨

区域卫生平台信息化的发展是以卫生各业务条线信息化为前提，以区域卫生信息共享为基础，以居民健康信息为核心提供区域内卫生信息共享与服务的信息化工程，主要以新的现代服务理念为指导，将区内各级卫生机构形成一个整体，利用先进的网络信息集成共享技术，建立一套可推广可移植的、能够初步解决“看病难”、“看病贵”、“看病乱”的区域卫生协同服务集成平台和运行机制，为创建符合国家新医改政策的现代医疗服务模式提供有力的信息化技术支撑能力。%The precondition of regional health platform informatization development is informatization of health business lines. It is based on regional health information sharing. With residents' health information as the core, informatization project of intra-regional health information sharing and service is provided. Mainly guided by the new modern service concept, the health agencies at all levels in the region form a whole. With the advanced network information integration sharing technology, a set of propagable and portable regional health collaborative service integration platform and operation mechanism which can preliminary solve the problem of difficult, expensive and messy medical treatment. It provides powerful information technology support ability for creating the modern medical service mode which complies with the state's new health care reform policy.
