This paper presents a system of Internet of things in medical remote monitoring based on Bluetooth 4.0. After discussion the advantage of low power consumption and high speed of Bluetooth 4.0, this paper introduces the mobile medical terminal' s data collection and vital signs monitoring function, discusses the way to deal with the instability and limited bandwidth of 3G signal in data communication, and finally describes the function and components of the backend data center.%提出一个基于蓝牙4.0的远程监护医疗物联网系统.在分析比较蓝牙4.0技术优势的基础上,介绍了医用智能终端的数据采集与监护功能,讨论了3G远程数据传输中网络不稳定和带宽受限的解决方法,给出了后端数据中心的功能与构成.
