远程会诊系统综述

摘要

远程会诊系统作为远程医疗的重要组成部分,能够提高医疗服务的效率和质量.采用综述的方法对远程会诊的文献进行整理和分析,给出了远程会诊系统的概述,介绍了相关关键技术,并指出了未来研究方向.首先,根据远程会诊系统的应用场景介绍了医院、车载及便携式远程会诊系统.然后,从电子病历、远程视频及远程监控技术阐述了远程会诊系统的发展.最后,给出了远程会诊系统未来研究的三个方向,基于普适计算、云计算及大数据技术的远程会诊系统将是未来远程医疗研究的热点.%Telemedicine is the key to solve medical service demand of China, remote consultation system as an important part of telemedicine that can improve the efficiency and quality of medical services. The method of review that is used to collection and analysis the document of the remote consultation. The overview and related key technologies of remote diagnosis system are introduced and the future research direction is also pointed out. Firstly, the hospital, onboard and portable remote consultation system are introduced according to the application scenarios of remote diagnosis system. Secondly, key technologies of remote diagnosis system are expounded by introducing the electronic medical record, remote video and remote monitoring technology. Finally, three future research directions of the remote diagnosis system are pointed,the remote diagnosis system based on pervasive computing, cloud computing and big data technology will be hot spot in the future remote medical research.
