中医药一体化数据模型的构建

摘要

Objective: To solve the problem of interaction and sharing of data resources on Traditional Chinese Medicine field, put forward the research thought of building TCMIDM, and be verified in terms of disease case analysis system, prescription analysis system and Chinese traditional medicine information database. Methods: Downwards on to existing ontology do the guide, combining with the bottom-up method based on extracting the specification data for TCMIDM building. Results: Analyzing the characteristics of the data on the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine, based on the existing research results, and using the method of combining top-down and bottom-up, TCMIDM framework was put forward and validated in disease case, prescription and Chinese medicine. Complete system and process of TCMIDM Construction has formed. Conclusion: The construction of standardized TCMIDM is helpful for supplement and perfection of Traditional Chinese Medicine ontology. In the process of extension and application, it can strengthen cooperation with all users and researchers, and promote the utilization of data resources of Traditional Chinese Medicine.%目的:为解决中医药领域数据资源交互与共享困难问题,提出构建中医药一体化数据模型(简称TCMIDM)研究思路,并在医案分析系统、方剂分析系统、中药信息数据库方面进行验证.方法:自上向下以现有的本体做指导,结合自下而上基于基础数据抽取规范的方法进行TCMIDM的构建.结果:分析中医药领域数据资源特点,基于已有研究成果,采用自上而下与自下而上相结合的方法,提出构建TCMIDM框架,并在医案、方剂、中药方面进行验证,形成TCMIDM构建的完整体系与流程.结论:规范的TCMIDM构建有利于中医药行业本体信息的补充与完善,在其扩展与应用过程中,可以加强与各行业用户及研究者合作,促进中医药数据资源的有效利用.
