基于PhoneGap框架的用药提醒系统设计与实现

摘要

用药依从率低会导致治疗效果差和医疗资源浪费，其主要原因是患者忘记用药。智能手机因便携、智能及人性化的特点和实时通信的能力，可以在患者的用药行为干预中发挥积极作用。利用移动通信技术，设计和实现了基于PhoneGap框架的跨平台用药提醒系统，提醒患者按时服药，提高用药依从率。医生根据患者的用药依从情况可及时与患者沟通，干预患者的用药行为，改善治疗效果。%Low medication adherence rate can result in poor treatment outcomes and medical resources wasting, which is mainly due to forgetfulness of patients. Smart phones can play a positive role in drug use behavior intervention among patients because of its portable, intelligent, user-friendly features and the real-time communication ability. Using mobile communication technologies, this paper designed and implemented a medication reminder system based on PhoneGap framework to remind patients to take medicines on time so as to increase medication adherence rate. By checking patients' medication adherence rate, physicians can communicate with patients timely and make behavior intervention to improve treatment outcomes.
