Objective: To solve the problems concerning the informatization management of multidisciplinary consultation related business, and to improve work eficiency and quality. Methods: Relevant business process was standardized and information process of multidisciplinary consultation was designed to meet the needs of hospital work through demand analysis of clinical multidisciplinary consultation related business. Results: Design and application of information process of multidisciplinary consultation optimized business process, improved work eficiency and achieved closed-loop management of the process. Conclusion: The model of information management, proceeds from the actual work needs of departments, improves dynamic management of the multidisciplinary consultation,characterized by high eficiency and strong practicability, and should be popularized.%目的:解决院内多科会诊相关业务信息化管理问题,提高工作效率和工作质量。方法:通过对临床科室多科会诊相关业务的需求分析,规范相关业务流程,设计符合医院工作需要的多科会诊信息化流程。结果:多科会诊信息化流程的设计与应用,优化了业务流程,提高了工作效率,实现了流程的闭环管理。结论:信息化管理模式从科室的实际工作需要出发,较好的提升了全院多科会诊的动态管理,具有高效性、实用性强的特点,值得推广应用。
