基于区域卫生信息平台的区域心电信息系统建设与实践

摘要

目的：实现区域内各医疗机构医疗资源整合，共享患者信息、检查信息、报告信息，动态更新区域内居民电子健康档案信息。方法：以区域卫生信息平台为依托，优化业务流程，创建区域心电信息系统，建立覆盖全区所辖医院及社区卫生服务中心的区域心电网络，实现立体的心电图数据中心及服务平台。结果：探索改革医学临床数据共享方式，为提高医疗资源整合效率的方法和途径提供参考。结论：区域心电信息系统是提高基层心电诊断质量和水平的新方法，是日后发展的新趋势。%Objective: Implement the integration of medical resources, share the information of patient, examination, and report, dynamically update the electronic health record information. Methods:Based on the regional health information platform, streamline the business processes. Establish a regional electrocardiogram information system and electrocardiogram network which covering the hospitals and community health service centers of the whole area, realize three-dimensional center of electrocardiogram data and service platform. Results: Explore clinical data sharing, and provide a reference for improving the efficiency of medical resources integration. Conclusion:The regional electrocardiogram information system is the new method to improve the diagnosis quality and level of grass roots, and the new trend of development in the future.
