病理信息系统升级的研究与应用

摘要

Objective:The optimization of the original system is running slow and the communication with HIS or PACS by updating the pathology information system. Method:To design and accomplish the modules by the workflow of the pathology department, it depends on the full-process quality control, utilization of the original data and the integration with HIS or PACS to resolve the problems. Results:It is using in the pathology department and standardizes the working flow, and gets good effect. Conclusion:It provides the better service for the pathology department, at the same time, enhances the working efficiency and quality.%目的:解决原有系统运行速度慢,与HIS、PACS系统之间信息传递不顺畅问题.方法:根据病理科检查流程,设计完成了各子系统模块,围绕科室业务全流程质控、原系统数据利用、与HIS、PACS、EMR集成等重点问题,完成了系统升级.结果:系统在病理科已经上线使用,规范了科室工作流程,取得了较好的应用效果.结论:该系统满足了病理科需求,提高了科室工作效率与质量.
