关于设计住院全自助系统流程方案可行性探讨

摘要

目的：为了解决住院业务排队现象，提高工作效率，在保证资金安全的前提下，优化患者住院流程。方法：分析现有医院住院流程，引入IC预交金卡整合自助机功能。结果：设计了基于IC预交金卡的入出院全自助系统。结论：实现病人从入院登记、住院预交到住院结算业务全自助完成。%Objective: In order to solve the inpatient payment queues, improve staff productivity, medical institutions must to optimizing processes hospitalization under the premise of ensuring capital safety. Methods: Analysis the current hospitalization process and introduce the IC card of prepaid hospital expense function on a self-service machine. Results: Designed a fully self-contained system of processes hospitalization based on the IC card. Conclusion: Patients can do the processes of hospital registration, prepaying hospital expense and expenses settlement by the system fully self-completion.
