基于健康管理的分级诊疗信息服务平台设计与实现

摘要

目的:按照国家分级诊疗制度的要求,结合本地实际需求,设计并实现了一个基于健康管理理念的信息服务平台.方法:信息服务平台采用了分布式架构部署,运用了大数据、云计算和总线技术.结果及结论:该系统提供了统一认证、远程会诊、双向转诊和远程医疗的功能,实现了医疗资源的合理配置,提高了医疗诊疗效率.%Objective:According to the requirements of national hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,combined with the local actual business,information service platform was designed and realized based on the concept of health management.Methods:The information service platform used a distributed architecture and many new techniques have been applied,such as big data,cloud computing and bus technology.Results and conclusion:The system has provided the functions of unified authentication,remote consultation,two-way referral and remote health care,which also realized the rational allocation of medical resources and improved the efficiency of medical diagnosis and treatment.
