目的:整合不同厂商的各种专业系统是医院信息系统的发展趋势,也是医院数字化发展亟待解决的问题.方法:通过使用0rion公司Rhapsody工具将医院各信息子系统进行信息集成,该工具能够管理和简化应用程序、数据库、外部系统的信息交换,使各系统能够进行相互通信.结果:通过Rhapsody工具的集成路由引擎及医疗健康服务总线为医院提供了一体化的各系统连接解决方案,可以实现集成、自动化和简化业务流程以及多系统之间数据交叉转换并帮助医院与其他机构实现无缝数据交换.结论:通过使用Rhapsody工具,在IHE、HL7等国际标准的基础上,制定覆盖医疗所有业务流程的系统集成规范,从而建设一个规范的集成平台,为医院信息系统提供一个统一且标准的数据交换和工作流协同的平台.%Objective:Now a more perfect 3 armour hospital information system usually consists of dozens of information subsystem involves to the hospital,in the field of integration of different manufacturers of various professional system is the development trend of hospital information system,however,these information systems from different manufacturers and different techniques usually there is no unified standard of information exchange,the integration of these systems integration has become a problem urgently to be solved in digital hospital development.Methods:By using the Rhapsody tool of Orion company will all information subsystem of hospital information integration,the tool can manage and simplify application,database,the external system of information exchange,to make the system be able to communicate with each other.Results:Through the Rhapsody tool integrated routing engine for hospital and medical health service bus provides the integration of the various system solutions,can realize integration,automation and simplified Business process and data cross conversion between multiple systems and to help customers achieve seamless data exchange with other institutions.Conclusion:Through the use of Rhapsody tool,on the basis of IHE,international standard such as HL7,develop medical cover all of the systems integration business process specification development based on the specification of system integration Platform,to build a standard platform for the system integration,for the hospital information system provides a unified and standard data exchange and collaborative workflow platform.
