中医药防治哮喘病知识服务平台研发

摘要

采用权威专家协作加工与人工智能方法相结合的方式,全面构建基于古今文献、最新进展、高质量证据、权威专家的中医药防治哮喘病知识库系统.知识库内容包括:古今外文献、诊疗规范、方剂、中药、临床研究、名医经验、医案、实验、养生保健、诊疗技术、不良反应、西药、实验室检查等内容,数据量达到八万余条.采用文本挖掘、知识库、知识地图、关联数据、语义维基等技术,开发了基于互联网的知识服务平台,实现中医临床知识的共建和共享,促进中医哮喘诊疗技术研究,辅助临床决策.在本文中,具体阐述研发方案、数据采集方法以及系统的技术方案和功能特点.%The cooperative processing of authoritative experts and the artificial intelligence method are combined to comprehensively build the knowledge base system for prevention and treatment of asthma with traditional Chinese medicine based on ancient and modem literatures,the latest progress,high-quality evidence and authoritative experts.Content of the knowledge base includes ancient and modem literatures,diagnosis and treatment specifications,prescription,traditional Chinese medicine,clinical research,experiences of famous doctors,medical records,experiments,health care,diagnosis and treatment technologies,adverse reactions,western medicine,laboratory examinations,etc.There are more than eighty thousand data.With text mining,knowledge base,knowledge map,associated data,semantic wiki and other technologies,a web-based knowledge service platform is developed,building and sharing of clinical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine are realized,the research on asthma diagnosis and treatment technologies of traditional Chinese medicine is promoted,and clinical decisions are assisted with.In this article,the research and development program,data acquisition methods and technical scheme and function characteristics of the system are specifically described.
