会诊影像资料工作站再生模式的方法探讨

摘要

目的:探讨会诊影像资料工作站再生模式在会诊活动中应用.方法:利用光盘数据的双向传输性和DICOM数据的通用性来实现会诊影像资料的转移以及再利用.结果:通过工作站再生模式实现了会诊影像资料的转移以及再利用,既保证了资料完整无损,又可通过工作站进行后处理,能让医师对会诊资料的信息得到充分的利用.结论:在临床工作中,跨地区的会诊工作是时常会遇到的,而会诊影像资料的完整性以及对资料的信息提取能力左右着会诊及之后治疗的效果.工作站再生模式能完美地实现这两项要求,使得会诊资料得以再次利用,减少了浪费,让会诊成本有效减低,也使会诊中的诊断准确率得以提高.%Objective: To explore the use of workstation reproducing mode for imaging data in medical consultation. Methods: We use the bidirectional transmission of light disk data and the generality of DICOM data to make the imaging data divert and reuse. Results: By the workstation reproduce mode, it is not only making the imaging data divert and reuse in medical consultation, but also ensuring the data lossless. Moreover, through the imaging data post-processing, the physician can more fuly utilize information. Conclusion: In clinical work, we often encounter trans-regional consultation, but data integrity and information extraction would influence consultation and treatment effect. The workstation reproduce mode can perform these two functions perfectly, it makes the imaging data reuse and reduce the waste. It is also reduce costs and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
