从法规政策、产学研衔接、监管执法及科技意识等方面介绍了我国奶业在转型升级发展过程中的不足之处,并有针对性的提出了建议,旨为我国现代奶业转型升级提供理论思考.%This paper introduces the shortcomings of China's dairy industry in the process of transformation,such as regulations and policies,production and research convergence,supervision and law enforcement,scientific and technological awareness and so on.Then,paper puts forward some suggestions on how to provide theoretical consideration for the transformation and upgrading of modem dairy industry.
