不同季节吸收剂GY-2对牛舍内NH3吸收性能的研究

             

摘要

This experiment studied the continuous 8h absorption properties of absorbent GY-2 absorbed NH3 in confined cowshed in different seasons.Placed 10L absorbents GY-2 in cowshed evenly in spring,summer,autumn and winter,used a portable ammonia detector continuous 8h to measure the concentration changes of NH3 in each season,comparison with controlled trials which was no absorbents and comparison with pure water absorption experiment.The results showed that:10L GY-2 absorbed 8h could be very significantly reduced NH3 average concentration in cowshed in all seasons(P<0.01),NH3 average concentration in cowshed was lower than pure water absorption experiment group in all seasons,wherein the NH3 average concentration was significantly lower than pure water absorption experiment group in summer(P<0.05).1L GY-2 8h could absorb NH3 1.57g,2.62g,1.16g and 0.85g respectively in spring,summer,autumn and winter.When the room temperature was constant,the increase of the absorption amount as NH3 concentration increased; when the NH3 concentration was constant,absorption amount with temperature changes a little.%在春季、夏季、秋季和冬季的牛舍内均匀摆放10L吸收剂GY-2,用便携式氨气检测仪测定四季连续8h NH3浓度的变化,并与无吸收剂的对照试验和纯水吸收试验进行比较,研究不同季节下吸收剂GY-2对NH38h的吸收性能.结果表明:各季节10L GY-2吸收8h可极显著降低牛舍中NH3的平均浓度(P<0.01),各季节舍内NH3平均浓度都要低于纯水吸收试验组,其中夏季NH3平均浓度显著低于夏季纯水试验组(P<0.05).结论:在春、夏、秋、冬四个季节,1L GY-2 8h分别可以吸收NH31.57g、2.62g、1.16g和0.85g.当室温一定时,吸收量随着舍内NH3浓度的增加而增加;当浓度一定时,吸收量随室温的变化不大.
