中药复方凝胶剂治疗奶牛乳房炎的临床药效学研究

摘要

Mastitis is one of the primary diseases in dairy industry, which have a large effect on the output of milk and dairy qualitative.This experiment researched the self-developed Chinese medicine gels through clinical pharmacodynamics study, so that the clinical treatment effect was confimed. Thus for prevention and cure cow mastitis in production, it can provide theoretical guidance and effective product. Experimental results showed that Chinese medicine gels agent had good curative effect on clinical mastitis and sub mastitis. The treatment efifciency of clinical mastitis was amount to 70%, and so as to sub mastitis, it can signiifcantly reduce somatic cell number, but had no signiifcant inlfuence on milk fat rate, milk protein rate and the content of lactose and dry matter.%乳房炎是危害奶牛业的主要疾病之一，严重影响产奶量和乳品质。本试验通过对自主研制的复方中药凝胶剂的临床药效学研究，确定其临床治疗效果，从而为生产中防治奶牛乳房炎提供理论指导和有效产品。试验结果表明：中药复方凝胶剂对临床型乳房炎和隐性乳房炎均具有较好的疗效。对临床型乳房炎的治疗有效率达70%，对隐性乳房炎可显著降低乳体细胞数，对乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖含量及乳中干物质无任何显著影响。
