牛病毒性腹泻病的临床症状、流行现状及防控建议

摘要

牛病毒性腹泻病主要由牛病毒性腹泻病毒引起，患病牛主要表现为腹泻，口腔及鼻腔黏膜溃烂、坏死。由于牛群中持续感染者的长期存在，该病需要通过高强度免疫及筛查并淘汰持续带毒牛才能做到有效控制。本文主要描述了牛病毒性腹泻病的临床症状、流行现状和对牛群的危害，并根据国外牛病毒性腹泻病的免疫防控措施，提出对我国牛病毒性腹泻病的防控建议。%Bovine Viral Diarrhea is a common and very important disease in cattle and cow herds, mainly caused by Bovine Viral Diarrhoea Virus. The infected animal usually shows diarrhea, mouth mucous membrane canker and nasal mucosa ulceration. Owing to the persistent infected cow or cattle continues to spread the virus to healthy animals, we can only control this disease effectively by means of intensive immunization, along with screening and eliminating of persistently infected ones. This paper reviews and summarizes the epidemiology and clinical performance of BVDV in China. Suggestions are also made for prevention and control of the disease in our country, based on advances in the infection of and the immunity to the virus.
