四物消风汤联合复方氟米松软膏对手足皲裂性湿疹的治疗价值分析

摘要

目的：分析四物消风汤联合复方氟米松软膏治疗手足皲裂性湿疹患者的效果。方法将98例手足皲裂性湿疹患者平分为研究组和对照组（均n=49），对照组应用复方氟米松软膏，研究组应用四物消风汤联合复方氟米松软膏。结果研究组总有效率、复发率均优于对照组， P均＜0.05。结论应用四物消风汤联合复方氟米松软膏治疗手足皲裂性湿疹患者，能够提高治疗有效率，降低复发率。%Objective To analyze siwuxiaofeng decoction combined with compound lfumetasone ointment in treatment of cracked the brotherhood of patients with eczema. Methods 98 cases of cracked the brotherhood eczema patients were divided into research group and the control group (n=49), the control group with compound flumetasone ointment, experimental group with siwuxiaofeng decoction combined with compound lfumetasone Ointment. Results The total clinical effective rate, recurrence rate of experimental group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of siwuxiaofeng decoction combined with compound lfumetasone Ointment in treatment of cracked the brotherhood of eczema patients, can improve the treatment effciency, reduce the recurrence rate.
