血清CA125检测对盆腔良、恶性包块的诊断意义分析

摘要

Objective Serum CA125 for pelvic benign and malignant mass diagnosis used to explore the clinical significance. Methods 54 cases of pelvic masses of patients were retrospectively analyzed from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital. All patients underwent serum CA125, and according to benign and malignant test results divided into two groups (n=40) and control group (n=14), in which the tumor was benign observation group, the tumors were malignant as the control group, the average value of CA125 two groups of patients were compared. Results CA125 is the average of the observation group (71.38±6.94) U/ml, CA125 average of the control group was (375.84±6.32) U/ml, CA125 values between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnostic work pelvic benign and malignant masses, the Serum CA125 can provide an important basis for the diagnosis, can promote the detection method.%目的：对血清CA125检测用于盆腔良、恶性包块诊断中的临床意义进行探究。方法对我院2012年1月～2014年1月收治的54例盆腔存在包块的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，所有患者均进行血清CA125检测，并根据良、恶性检测结果分为观察组（n=40）与对照组（n=14），其中肿瘤呈良性的为观察组，肿瘤呈恶性的为对照组，对两组患者的CA125平均值进行比较。结果观察组的CA125平均值为（71.38±6.94）U/ml，对照组的CA125平均值为（375.84±6.32） U/ml，两组CA125值的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在盆腔良、恶性包块的诊断工作中，血清CA125检测可为其提供重要的诊断依据。
