屈光参差性弱视治疗过程中视力和立体视觉的对比分析

摘要

Objective To compare the visual acuity of anisometropic amblyopia therapy process and the stereoscopic vision change situation. Methods Group of 60 patients with hyperopia and myopia group of 60 patients, changes of visual acuity and stereo vision were analyzed in 3 months, 6 months and 1 years after treatment. Results The treatment of amblyopia after each time period, hyperopia corrected visual acuity and myopia group compared group increased (P<0.05). Conclusion In the anisometropia amblyopic treatment, patients vision correction speed significantly superior to stereo vision. So when amblyopia treatment improve vision correction, to strengthen the training of stereo vision.%目的：对比分析屈光参差性弱视治疗过程中视力和立体视觉的变化情况。方法对比分析远视组60例与近视组60例患者弱视治疗前后3个月、6个月及1年的视力和立体视觉变化情况。结果弱视治疗后各个时间段，远视组矫正视力与近视组相比有所提高（P＜0.05）。结论在屈光参差性弱视治疗中，患者矫正视力的提升速度优于立体视觉。所以在弱视治疗提升矫正视力时，还要强化对立体视觉的训练。
