中医治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

摘要

目的 研究椎动脉型颈椎病运用中医治疗的临床效果.方法 选择156例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,根据治疗方法 不同将其分为两组,对照组运用西比灵加西其汀进行治疗,观察组运用针灸、手法以及药物等进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 观察组总有效率为94.9%;对照组有效率为84.6%,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 椎动脉型颈椎病运用中医治疗的临床效果显著.%Objective To study the clinical effect of TCM in treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods Selected 156 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients, according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups, the control group used flunarizine add xiqiding treatment, the observation group were treated with acupuncture, massage and drug treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect fruit.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.9%, and the control group was 84.6%,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is remarkable.
