两种采血方法进行血常规及快测血糖检验的比较分析

摘要

Objective To study the analysis of peripheral blood and blood routine examination and inspection of the fast blood glucose difference. MethodsAccording to our hospital in May 2012 to August 2014 received 100 cases of healthy people were to research and analysis, these patients were divided into control group and study group, has 50 cases, control group, select the peripheral blood was collected, the research group collected venous blood, using an automatic blood analyzer and fast measurement of blood glucose meter to test research and comparative analysis of two groups of WBC (white blood cell count), RBC (red blood cell counts), hemoglobin (HB), HCT (hematocrit), PLT (platelet count) and fast measurement of blood glucose value difference.Results Two kinds of blood sampling from the blood and measuring blood glucose test results were compared, the difference between the two groups with statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion Blood sampling sites will be on blood test results and blood glucose value measurement result caused by, venous blood as sample test accuracy is higher.%目的：研究分析末梢血和静脉血的血常规检查和快测血糖检验的差异性。方法根据我院2012年5月～2014年8月接收的100例体检患者来进行研究分析，将这些患者分成对照组和研究组，均有50例，对照组选择采集末梢血，研究组采集静脉血，使用全自动血液分析仪和快测血糖仪来进行检验研究，比较分析两组患者的WBC（白细胞计数）、RBC（红细胞计数）、HGB（血红蛋白）、HCT（红细胞比容）、PLT（血小板计数）以及快测血糖值差异情况。结果两种采血方法所得出的血常规及测血糖检验结果进行比较后，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血液采集部位会对血常规检验结果以及血糖值测量结果造成影响，选择静脉血作为检验样本的准确性更高。
