目的：探讨老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后应用早期康复护理的临床效果。方法将我院50例老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术患者分为两组，对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以早期康复护理。结果观察组护理优良率是96%，对照组护理优良率是60%，组间护理效果对比具有显著性差异（χ2=9.441，P=0.002）。结论老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后应用早期康复护理，能改善患者康复效果。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing after total hip replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods50 cases of senile femoral neck fractures in the elderly patients were divided into two groups, the control group received conventional care, the observation group received early rehabilitation care. ResultsThe excellent and good rate of the observation group was 96%, the control group was 60%, and the effect of nursing was signiifcantly different (χ2=9.441,P=0.002).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing after total hip replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can signiifcantly improve the rehabilitation effect.
