射频靶点热凝术配合臭氧消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床护理观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of radiofrequency target thermocoagulation (GRT) with ozone ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.MethodsFrom Nov. 2013 to Jan. 2015, 120 cases of lumbar disc herniation that received GRT combined with ozone ablation were collected and randomly divided into study group and control group with 60 patients each. Both groups used the same basic nursing, and research group added quality nursing.Results6 months after treatment, the lumbar intervertebral disc function of study group and control group had statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion This study suggests that high-quality perioperative nursing has an important role to improve the recovery of lumbar intervertebral disc function.%目的：探讨射频靶点热凝术配合臭氧消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法收集2013年11月～2015年1月我院接受射频靶点热凝术配合臭氧消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症的患者120例，随机分为各60例的研究组和对照组。两组基础护理均相同，研究组加用优质护理。对比研究组和对照组术后6个月腰椎间盘功能。结果研究组和对照组术后6个月腰椎间盘功能结果比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论优质的围手术期护理对提高腰椎间盘功能的恢复有重要的作用。
